Even though internet opened up the whole new way of doing business, in order for most real estate sales to happen, buyers still have to actually come and see the property and we will meet them in person. We are always present at showings to make sure that the apartment is shown in a professional manner, and the buyer is presented with a quality flyer with property details. For occupied apartments, we will customarily give the occupant 24 hour notice (or whatever notice is agreed upon). We will also do open houses, if both the seller and property profile allows it, and the building permits it. In addition, we will do showings on request and we work 7 days a week.
